The HoS made the disclosure at Thanksgiving Service on Sunday at the Exousia Church in Abuja, adding: “I’ m filled with joy and appreciation to the Almighty God for everything.

“He has done it and is still doing it and will continue to do for the entire Civil Service, and most especially, his servants, who have demonstrated great resilience and hard work in ensuring that Nigeria gets it right through a zealous implementation of the Service Reform initiatives, embedded in the FCSSIP25.”

Yemi-Esan, while quoting from the Holy Bible in Psalm:138 to summarise her emotional state, said that Civil Servants have gathered to return the glory to God and, on their behalf, she prays God to continue the work what He has started with the Civil Servants for a new Nigeria.

She admonished Civil Servants to dedicate themselves to God and allow Him transform them in their various careers.

The General Overseer of the Church, Pastor Kunle Shoyele, while praying for the Civil Servants, pleaded with them to make use of their good Offices to impart peoples’ lives.

He also cautioned them about carrying their personal problems to their places of work, terming it as counterproductive and inimical.

The 2023 Special Thanksgiving Service had in attendance some Transformative Permanent Secretaries, Directors, the OHCSF’s Choir and a cross section of Federal Civil Servants from MDAs.
