INCOMING MINISTERS: Dr. Felix Ale Lauds Alake, Ojo’s Nominations As Well Deserved

The Director, Media and Corporate Communications of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) who is widely acknowledged as one of Nigeria’s cerebral media analysts and public affairs commentators on national affairs, Dr Felix Ale, has lauded as well deserved the nominations of Mr. Dele Alake and Hon Tunji Ojo as a Minister designates in the current dispensation.

In a chat with news men in Abuja, even as commendations continue to pour in from different quarters on Alake’s nomination, Ale, said the nomination which is coming at the right is testimonial and recognition of his excellence contribution to the development and growth of the Nigerian media space even as he added that Alake will be bringing his rich and wealth of experience which spans several decades to bear for Nigeria’s development.

While commending Alake as pride to Journalism in Africa, Ale described Alake as a foremost African journalist that has left behind an enviable track record of achievement and serve as a role model to the young ones.

He recalled with nostalgia, the achievements of Alake as a broadcast and print journalist at the Concord newspaper, where he held sway as one of the distinguished writers and news editors of the then leading newspaper in Nigeria.

Ale also recalled the pivotal role played by Alake in MKO Abiola’s presidential campaign which ended in victory.

The NASRDA spokesman acknowledged that Alake, as a Commissioner of Information and Strategy in Lagos State, did not only do well but positioned himself as the best among his colleagues in the country.

He described the Ministerial nominee as a man of class, bridge builder, highly consistent and disciplined saying, he would, no doubt, perform excellently well in any ministry he will be assigned, in the course of his assignment.

Ale, also congratulated the Ministerial nominee from Ondo State, Hon. Tunji Ojo, adding that the nomination of this crop of intelligentsia has laid credence to the readiness of the Tinubu Administration to bring together men of robust ideas to rewrite the history of Nigeria in a positive way for the overall benefits of the over 200 million Nigerians.
